There was this famous prophecy that cataclysmic was to happen in 2012. This entire year was crazy, but other then negativity it made a lot of creativity to be released, among others The Beginning Of The End EP.

album poster

It was the first major step in evolution of BFV. Without any music theory knowledge, based only on playing around with DAW many songs were composed, some of which made it to this album. It's more of a nostalgia record then anything worth playing in loop, but it's unique sound makes it something worth listening to.

album backgorund cover

This album is 6 tracks long, 2 of which are remixes:

  1. Intro
  2. Hands Up
  3. Follow-up night
  4. First Snow
  5. Cry Little Sister vs. Hello Zepp (BFV Remix)
  6. The Beginning Of The End (BFV Remix)

The first song, "Intro" had in it's original form Nine Inch Nails sample of vocals, which was violating the legal rights to the song. It was later changed so that it does not include those vocals, but for sake of nostalgy the old version is still posted on SoundCloud, just without the first track.

Hands Up was, in it's first form, a remix of a popular song by Forest The People "Pump Up Kicks". After few attempts to make it fit in a role of remix, the idea was scratched and a new song emerged in its place, with a distinct from the original feel.

Follow-up night plays a role of a break between first and second part of the EP. This composition was created entirely by Piotr Pieniążczak, who helped with the entire process of this first recording and artworks for it.

The Beginning Of The End EP was meant to create environment for the 2012 doomsday atmosphere. Alongside decadence nature of compositions, there were artworks released on social media to maintain the album theme.
